The C2C and Sweep Rolls are dangerous!

Message:

When you come out of your tuck to hit your roll your face is dangerously exposed to the rocks! Instead you should remain tucked, drop your paddle, and start banging on the bottom of your boat. One of your buddies should then "hand of God" you back up. AT NO TIME SHOULD YOU COME OUT OF THE TUCK!!! It is just too dangerous!
